Evatic Partner Web
Evatic Partner Web (EPW) is a web-based portal which enables the management of field services activities by service partners.
EPW makes it is possible for a Service coordinator to observe and monitor tasks carried out by a partner, while the partner has access to all information included in a task delegated by a supplier. In addition, a service coordinator is able to create new projects, update job status and report meter readings through the portal or claim warranty.
