Menu, documents
Put the cursor over the document list and right click with the mouse to open the menu. The document list is to be found under Customer, Sales project and Document. The menu will then open automatically with the choices set up for the user.
The menu can look different depending on where you are in the program:
Menu | Description |
View document | Opens the selected document. NB! The document can not be changed. |
New document | Adds a new document based on a template. |
Open document | Opens the selected document. Changes will be saved. |
Delete document | Deletes the selected document |
Insert document | Adds a document from the database. |
Save document | Retrieves document from the database and save it to a disk |
Send document | Sends the selected document by mail. To use this function the mail component must be correctly set up, (see User Settings). The document can then be sent via Evatic or Outlook. |
Send document as PDF | Sends the selected document as PDF by mail. To use this function the mail component must be correctly set up, (see User Settings). The document can then be sent via Evatic or Outlook. |
Create PDF from document | When a document is added (Word or Excel) it is possible to create a PDF document from it. |
Properties | Pulls up the document screen, with option to change name, contact person, writing access, etc. |
