When this function is turned on, a pop up window appears in the right corner, when you receive a call. In this window you can select to open Customer, Customer Call, Project, Order or Support. |
Open calendar with start up |
Here you set up whether the calendar will open automatically each time the program is started up. |
Mail System
Evatic contains mail integration capabilities for the majority of email systems that are around today. When you open the screen for User-settings, the system will check which mail system the client has installed. The client can select which system will be used in Evatic. If the mail system is not installed, the selection for this will be marked.
Which Mail system should be selected?
You will select the mail system that you usually use. There may be various mail systems installed on the machine, so it is important that you choose the correct one. If no mail system is detected (all choices on the Mail System are 'grayed' out), you can use POP3 / SMTP, if you have an internet account.
