Field description Document templates
When you want to create a new document based on a template, a new screen window will come up. Depending on where you are in Evatic, the fields Customer and Contact will be automatically filled in. A document name will be automatically generated, based on customer name and date. If the customer has various contact people, they will be listed in the contact list (F4) (see also How to create a document group).
Field name | Description |
Customer | The customer the document is created for. |
Template | The template used for the document |
Contact | Contact person receiving the document |
Name | Name of the document |
Category | Select a category from the drop down list. This can later be used when searching for a document. |
Search words | Search word which will make it easier to search for the document in the database. |
Write permission | You can choose who will be able to make changes to the document here (in addition to the user him/herself). You can click on the whole division or on a specific user. |
