Menu for resource

By right clicking on a resource, the following menu will be displayed:

Details	Shows a list of the 5 last assigned tasks. The list contains information only about open tasks: -Project number. -Received date. -Symptom codes. -Symptom text. -Customer name. -Model. -Assigned date -Checked out date To remove this list, click somewhere else in the map.
Show route	By selecting this option , the system will display the order the dispatcher has set up the route planning for the technician. By using the option 1 described in the chapter "How to assign technician to task", the dispatcher can plan in the order the jobs should be accomplished. The checked out function in Evatic Mobile consider this and synchronize the jobs, which the dispatcher has planned to be taken first (see more under Route planning) E.g: To deactivate this options, remove the cross in the menu. By selection the same option in the toolbar, the function "Show route" will be activated for all technicians in the map.
Show competent tasks	By selecting this option, it removes the technicians, who are not competent to work on the task. (To deactivate this options, remove the cross in the menu <Show only competent task>)
Show assigned tasks	Shows assigned task for the selected technician. To deactivate this options, remove the cross in the menu <Show assigned tasks>)
Show stock	Shows a list of articles the technician has in his car/default stock (see Resource). The list contains article no, description, location, on stock, qty available.

Note! For users with Evatic Mobile, the status W/T decides which project the technician is working on in the map (see Service articles).
