Handling addresses.

The addresses in Evatic are based on coordinates. Are the addresses not linked to coordinates, a list of those addresses are to be found in Evatic Admin (Map Admin). Adding/editing addresses or coordinates can be done in the following modules: Customer, Project and Technician.

 

How to add new addresses

1. Select customer and the address tab.

2. Press the <New address> button and a new dialog screen will open.

3. Enter (or search) for the post code-/area.

4. Enter address 1 and press F3 to search. Evatic will present a list of hits.

5. Enter address 2 and 3.

6. Press OK to save.

(You can search by country, address 1 and post number or country, address 1 and postal area).

How to edit a address

1. Select customer and the address tab.

2. Mark the address you like to change.

3. Change the address and press OK to save.

Button to point out the coordinates for the selected address. The address must also be added manually.
