Menu, Activity

Put the cursor over the activity list and right click with the mouse to open the menu. The activity list is to be found under Calendar, Sales project and Customer. The menu for activities will then come up automatically, with the possible choices.  This depends on whether you have chosen an activity before you right click, where you are at the moment in the program (e.g. calender/workplan or activity list) or if you are permitted to change the activity.  

 

A menu display will come up when you right click on the mouse.

 

Every choice in the menu display will have the following explanation:  

 

Menu	Description
New activity	Creates a new activity
Open activity	Opens the activity marked in the list
Change activity	Opens the activity marked in the calendar
Copy activity	Copies the activity marked in the calendar (or CTRL + C)
Cut activity	Cuts the activity marked in the calendar (or CTRL + X)
Paste activity	Paste the activity marked in the calendar (or CTRL + V)
Delete activity	Deletes the activity marked in the list or in the calender
Change status	Changes the activity marked in the list. If the activity is marked as Not Completed, this choice will make the activity Completed and vice versa.
Open customer	If the activity is linked to a customer, this opens the customer card.
Open project	If the activity is linked to a sales project, this opens the sales project.

   Remember!Several of the menu choices here are only available if you have purchased the sales module.
