Introduction
An activity is a collective description of all that will be carried out and registered in Evatic. Additionally, it functions as a statement notice to the sellers, in connection with credit and sale approval.
An activity can contain a lot of information, and be tied to a customer and sales project. If the activity is tied to the sales project, the activity will be in the sales phase, which is used to create analyses and reports about the sellers and sales routines. The activities can also contain a reminder, so that the system generates a message to the user before the activity starts, which is decided by the user. You can see all available choices pertaining to an activity in the following ways:
1. Mark the activity and right click (see Menu, Activities), or
2. Open an activity by double clicking on the activity.
Remember! Some of the functions here are only available if you have purchased the sales module. For example the sales project module is not accessible if you do not have the sales module.
