Evatic Mobile Service
EMS is a web application allowing service technicians to work on their assignments on touch devices like smart phones and tablets.
It can also be used through Google Chrome on Windows.
Full functionality is only achieved if running EMS through Evatic Mobile (EM) which is required if using iOS or Android.
Please note that EMS is not a part of Evatic Mobile (EM) and it is not hosted by Evatic. This means that EMS must be installed somewhere and connected to the same instance of Evatic Database as service coordinators use for Evatic Service Management.
New versions of EMS is released frequently. Field Service Technicians will not receive these bug fixes unless you upgrade your own installation of it. Upgrading to new Chrome, iOS or Android versions might introduce bugs in old EMS versions. Such bugs will only be fixed in new EMS versions, and you should strive to keep your EMS installation up to date to avoid issues.
