KPI Report Tool

Use The KPI Report Tool to produce a report of the current WinServ KPI's.

Important

The KPI report tool can only be used on the WinServ server. It cannot executed on client computers.

Instructions

  • Download the Standalone KPI Report here -> WinServKPIReport.exe
  • Save the file to the WinServ/Programs folder
  • Run the executable
  • Select where to save the CSV output file
  • Click OK
  • Open the CSV file in your favorite spreadsheet tool

Troubleshooting

WinServCrypt error / Error 4356

If you get the following error message when running WinServKPIReport.exe, it means that a required dependency is missing on the machine.

Error: 4356

How to solve

  1. Create a temporary folder on your desktop
  2. Download this zip file and unzip it in the temporary folder -> bin.zip
  3. Copy the containing WinServCrypt.dll from the unzipped folder into the WinServ/Programs folder
  4. Run the report again
