When adding a resource, please note the following steps, in order to avoid only inactive fields:
1. Make sure you have created the support-tree.
2. Make sure teams are set up.
3. Make sure that the resource is marked as "support".
4. Make sure the user is marked as a technician in Evatic Admin (see Type, User).
Then you are ready to log in to Evatic, and to see what you are permitted to see.
