Copying text: There are short cuts for copying the machine number plus a description from one project task to the clipboard and for pasting this information from the clipboard plus the machine number for the current task to the action text field.

E.g: You are working with an equipment pool and want to change one specific part to another part of the same type for one customer.  You then create a project task for the old part a new task for the new part.  By pressing Ctrl + M on the first task and then Ctrl + Shift + M on the second task, you automatically fill the action text field with a text like this:  "M10010 replaced with machine no M10011."  The information text between the machine numbers is entered in Evatic Admin, under Settings/ COMPANY/PROJECT/MACHINE_NO_COPY_DESC.
