Setting Evatic admin: The administrator can decide if the price from the article card should be used or not.(Setting/Company XXX/CONTRACT /USE_PRICE_FROM_ ARTICLE_ON).

The following fields in the contract module are then available:

Items on row	Enter the quantity you would like to have on each fixed price row.
Use price from article on invoicing	By selecting this option, the system will use the price from the article card on contract invoicing.
Price per month	Price: Shows the price used on the invoices. Disc: Enter the discount you would like to use. Std.price: The price from the article card.

The fixed price is per month. If the price on the article card is e.g. for one year, use the following setting, which would help you to divide the price: (Settings/Company XXX/ CONTRACT/USE_PRICE_FROM_ARTICLE_DEVIDER).
