Introduction

All the documents that are found in Evatic are saved in the database. This means that everyone can get a hold of these documents no matter where they are connected to the network, as long as they have contact with the database. This makes it easier to share files, as well as to work with the files, without having to think about where you saved the file. Also, backup copies of the documents will be made when backup copies of the database are made.

 

The documents can be based on templates, something that makes generating the documents easier.  This is especially true with regard to standard documents. Existing documents can also be saved in the database. This way you can also save old documents in the database, with the divisions that this entails.
