Introduction

The templates create the starting point for the document groups. Evatic looks through the selected template for certain bookmarks, and if it finds the bookmarks, it replaces them with information from the database.  The templates are based on normal MS Word templates..

 

All the templates are saved in the database.

 

The document groups can be global, meaning that all Evatic users can generate documents based on the document group, or individual, meaning that users can have their own document groups. If the document group is global, it is shown with a red dot in the lower left corner of the icon. (see Bookmarks).
