How to group your customers

It is possible to create an unlimited number of groups for your customers.

 

Each customer can be linked by selecting the Groups tab, or a whole customer search group can be linked to a predefined group (e.g. private, hardware customer, Christmas card etc.)

 

1. Mark the right customer group in the menu, and selectGroup.The group customer screen opens.

 

2. Mark the wanted group and move it from Available group to Selected group (use the arrows).

 

3. Press OK to save.

 

Remember! The selections under Available groups can be sorted alphabetically or in your desired order. This is done by using the drag-and-drop. Select a group, click and hold the left mouse button, and drag-and-drop the selected item up in the list.
