Mail Status
NB! The following setting must be turned on for emails to be saved in the log:: Evatic Admin \ COMPANY_XXX \ MAIL \ SAVE_MAIL_OUT = 1
In this window you will be able to see all e-mails sent from Evatic through Evatic Server.
If an e-mails fails to sent it will show at the top of the list, Evatic Server will try to send the e-mail 5 times and if not possible, it will stop. Then you have to, manually, do corrections to be able to send it.
Per default you will only see your own e-mails. But your administrator can give you access to see all e-mails if required. Tips!
Right click on the error and you get the following options: (Some only when there is an error)
Open e-mail | The e-mail will open and you can do changes and send it again |
Open error | The error will open error in a text window |
Change from address | Will allow you to change the address you are sending from. When done, Evatic will try to send the e-mail again |
Change to address | Will allow you to change the address you are sending to. When done, Evatic will try to send the e-mail again |
