Planning mode

When the user plan a task using the calendar or other ways where a task is planned with a date and a duration, the task will automatically be set to status “planning”. Tasks in “planning” will not be synchronized to mobile solutions/partner web. This function will stop the task from being synchronized to other solutions immediately and give the dispatcher time to finish the planning before the task is synchronized.

 

The user will see this in the user interface like this:

The user will this If he has a task that is in planning mode open:

The user will only see tasks that is in planning mode that the user has changed himself.

Auto release means that the task will be automatically changed to “normal” after 10 minutes.

If the user push on the auto release button it will change to “Manual release”.

In manual release the tasks will not be released before the user manually choose to release.

Possibilities to release:

1. Push the text that says “x tasks in planning” and choose Release all

2. Push the text that says “x tasks in planning” and choose one project and choose “Release”

3. Push the button “Man. release” and the system change to “Auto release” and will release all tasks that where changed for more than 10 minutes ago.

System to re-open tasks in planning that where forgotten:

The setting GLOBAL_USER \ PROJECT \ OPEN_PLANNING_MODE_HOURS is a setting to automatically re-open tasks that are in planning mode. If the setting is set larger then 0, all the objects will be re-opened at 23:55.

E.g.

If you set this setting to 2, all objects that have been set to planning mode before 21:55 will be re-opened.
