Selection limitations

Limitations

Evatic Service offers the following options to limit the amount of data:
 

·  ** Departmentfrom->to.Choose from the drop-down list.**

·   Order type. Choose from the drop-down list.

·   Order datefrom -> to

·   Invoice(indicate if you want positive invoices to be included in the report)

·   Credit invoice(indicate if you want negative invoices to be included in the report)

Then you can select to see information from the following:

 -Income – only income

-Net profit - income - costs

-Details – displays income, cost and profit, but only information from one sort group at a time can be displayed.

 

·   Salesman (indicate which salesman from the order lines you want to include in the report).Choose from the drop-down list.

·   Customer number or customer name. If you want to see a report on a specific customer, select the customer using customer number or customer name.Enter the first part of the customer name or number, then press F3. The system will find a selection for this name and you should then be able to choose the correct customer from a list. Or enter the customer’s number – then leave the field using the TAB or click with the mouse.

 

 

Procedure

1. Put in your limitations or blank to retrieve all.

 

2. Select sort groups from the order head and order line

 

3. After entering your limitations press  Retrieve data >>. Evatic Service will now display all the orders within your selected limitations.

 

Excel: By pressing    you can export the list into Excel.
