Machine report
This option gives you the possibility to take out reports from machine.
Search limitations
Evatic Service offers the following options to limit the amount of data:
| Dept | Enter the department code or select code from the drop down list |
| Machine no/Serial no | Enter the serial number |
| Customer no/name | Enter the customer name or -number. Tip: Enter the first part of the name/number and press F3. The system will find a selection for this number/name and you should then be able to choose the correct customer from the drop down list. |
| Calculation date | Enter date or select date from the calender by using the following button  |
| Symptom code 1-3 | Enter the symptom code or select code from the drop down list |
| Action code 1-3 | Enter the action code or select code from the drop down list |
| Machine sortgroup 1-5 | Enter the sortgroup code or select code from the drop down list |
| Info | Enter machine info |
| Visitor name | Enter visit name |
| Post code and -area | Enter post code and/or postal area |
| Phone no and Fax no | Enter phone number and/or fax number |
| Status | Enter status. 1 = active, 0 = not active, blank = both |
| Installation date | Enter date or select date from the calender by using the following button  |
| Area code | Enter the area code or select code from the drop down list |
| Contract type | Enter the contract type or select type from the drop down list |
| Customer sort group 1-5 | Enter the sortgroup code or select code from the drop down list |

| Dept | Shows the department the machine is connected to |
| Machine no/Serial no | Shows the machine number |
| Model | Shows the machine model type |
| Installation date | Shows the date the machine was installed at the customer site. |
| Customer no/name | Shows the owner of the machine (number and name) |
| Location | Shows the physical location of the machine at customer site |
| Machine sortgroup 1-5 | Shows the different sort criteria for the machine |
| Contract volume | Shows the contract volume (period or monthly). One column per meter. |
| Last reading date | Shows the last reading date |
| Last meter | Shows the last meter |
| Response time | Shows the response time. Remember! If you want the response time to be calculated for a machine, you have to fulfill the following two criteria. a.) The technician has to enter work from-to time and b.) The symptom code has to be marked as <Response time calc.>. |
| Avg downtime | Shows the average downtime. This is calculated from work received to max work time. |
| Acc. downtime | Shows the accumulated downtime. Shows the number of hours the machine has been down in the period you have limited. |
| # of visits | Shows the total number of visits for the selected machine |
| Contract income | Shows the contract income for the selected machine |
| Other income | Shows the other income for the selected machine |
| Total income | Shows the total income for the selected machine |
| Costs | Shows the costs for the selected machine |
| Result (%) | Shows the result (total income - costs) for the selected machine |
| Units per month | Shows the units per month for all the counters |
| MCBV | Shows the monthly copies between visits |
| MDBV | Shows the mean days between visits |
| Cost per unit | Shows the cost per unit |
