Pre-paid units overview

Show the status of all prepaid unit accounts. The view will reflect the limitation done.

The following choices are available to limit the amount of data:

Department Choose department form the drop-down list.
Customer Enter the first part of the customer name or number, then press F3. The system will find a selection for this name and you should then be able to choose the correct customer from a list. Or enter the customer’s number – then leave the field using the TAB or click with the mouse.
Contract Enter contract number
Ready to be invoiced Mark to show only accounts ready to be invoiced
Max units left Enter max units (hours) left
Show only active Show only open prepaid unit accounts
<Search> Press the search button to see the pre-paid units account in the list.

The list will show all pre-paid accounts (double click to open) and the deductions to each account. The following columns are visible: Date, order no, description, technician no, qty (=used units). Mark order and press <Open order> to open.

By pressing this button the invoice can be created. A pop up message will appear:

-Select Yes to create the invoice -Select No to preview the order  
Button to open the marked contract
 Invoice date Shows the date entered on the invoices generated after pressing <Create invoice>

Right click options to be found on the account - rows:

Set not active Allows you to inactivate an account
Set active Allows you to to undo an inactivation
Change valid to date Allows you to to change the valid to date (will also set the row active)
Open order Opens the order for the prepaid units account
Open contract Opens the contract for the prepaid units account
Open customer Opens the customer for the prepaid units account

Be aware that if an account is empty - it will automatically be inactivated.
