Periodic income

This option gives you the possibility to take out reports for the periodic income on your contracts.

Limitation

Evatic Service offers the following options to limit the amount of data:

- Date
- Department

1. Put in your limitations or blank to retrieve all.

2. After entering your limitations press  Retrieve data >>. Evatic Service will now display all the contract invoices within your selected limitations.

Press the Excel-button to export the results into Excel.

 

Report

A list of all contract invoices generated for customers.

Contents:
Contract number
Customer number and-name
Calc cost per unit
Total per month
Total

The contract shows what has been invoiced, including also inactive contracts. If invoices have been credited, this will also be shown in the report.
