Mass update leasing factor

This functionality is to adjust the leasing factor at ALL contract rows with leasing contract number Pxxx.

1. Enter the owners contract number

2. Press <Get Data>

3. Mark the row and enter new owners contract number and factor

4. Press OK to adjust
