How to move/copy an activity

Menu:

 

1. Mark the activity you want to move.

 

2. Press the Ctrl + X or right click with the mouse and select Cut Activity from the menu.

 

The activity disappears from the calendar/work plan.

 

3. Select the right date.

 

4. Press the Ctrl + V or right click with the mouse and select Paste Activity from the menu.

 

The activity will be placed in the work plan on the same start-and end time.

 

If  you would rather wish to copy the activity, right click with the mouse and select Copy Activity from the menu (or press Ctrl + C). Then follow points 3 + 4 (select Paste Activity).

 

Drag and Drop:

 

The other option is to drag-and-drop activities. Here are some of the choices:
